HOW DOES IT WORK?

There are 5 steps to this program:

1.      We run a joint planning session with you to have you well-informed and to help you choose your target account(s).

2.      We conduct a short online survey of your nominated customer contacts to baseline their sentiments.

3.      This is followed up with 1:1 private interviews with your selected customer contacts, to learn:

·        their authentic critique, true sentiments, hidden needs, wants and desires

·        their actual criteria for supplier selection and deal evaluation  

·        their ideas and suggestions for your improvement

4.      We provide a written summary report and conduct an executive debrief with you that includes our recommendations in response to the feedback received.

5.      We conduct a 90-minute success planning workshop with you on you how best implement the feedback into your customer interactions.
